This finished basement in Troy is thoughtfully designed to maximize every square foot while meeting the needs of a growing family. The cozy living area features a shiplap accent wall with a fireplace and custom built-ins on each side, making it perfect for displaying family photos, memorabilia, and personal awards. A sleek wet bar offers great functionality for entertaining without taking up the space of a full seated bar since this is a compacted space. Near a custom-built wall enclosing the storage area, a tucked-away gym space provides a convenient spot for workouts. And to bring this space all together, the beautifully designed half bath includes a shiplap accent wall and floating shelves that tie in seamlessly with the rest of the basement’s aesthetic, adding both style and convenience.
