Great Company, Great Employees. I dropped in to discuss my change order / payment with Elizabeth. I did not have an appointment. She took her time and discussed their processes and coordination. She was very kind and patient. It reinforced the comfort I have with Finished Basements Plus doing my basement project. Not like rude Adam from Matrix Basements. Tom Jaworski was the project manager for my project. Tom was great he paid attention and listened to any concern I had. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process and kept everything on schedule. Tom even came by after his normal work hours due to my availability to talk to me about my basement project. Tom is an awesome project manager.

Mike came out to fix a scratch and peeling on our vinyl flooring. We had called Basements Plus regarding a couple of issues related work done about a year ago. Mike was prompt, professional, and ensured all issues were addressed.

Had Basement plus put up the structuring, drywall and electrical for my basement. They did a fantastic job and work with me on the planning and timing. Overall a great experience. Only concern is the County Inspectors schedule are all over the map. Hard to pin down dates.

Mike just did some warranty work on our shower and did a fantastic job. Basements Plus finished both our basement and kitchen and it’s nice to know that even though the work was done awhile ago we can still call if there are issues!

Jake was professional, hard-working and always showed up on-time with his crew. I heard great things about this company from a close friend, so I recommended them to my parents. They were very pleased with every aspect of the job! Even asked me write a review for the nice young man who insured they were well taken care of. Great stuff, Jake! I will continue to recommend this company confidently.

Outstanding Experience with Basement Plus and Dakota’s Crew! I recently had Basement Plus complete waterproofing work in my basement, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, Dakota, the crew lead, and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with. Dakota and his crew were professional, respectful, accommodating, knowledgeable, and extremely hardworking. They took the time to understand my concerns, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the work being done. They treated my home with care and kept me informed throughout the process. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and it was obvious that Dakota and his crew took pride in what they were doing. They were efficient, thorough, and paid attention to the details. It’s not often that you come across a contractor crew that checks every box, but this team truly did. I’ve hired many contractors over the years for different projects, and I can honestly say Dakota and his crew were by far one of the best teams I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Their professionalism and attitude made what could have been a stressful basement project a very positive experience. Basement Plus should be proud to have people like Dakota and his crew representing the company. Great people, great communication, excellent workmanship, and a job well done. I would absolutely recommend Basement Plus and Dakota’s crew to anyone looking for basement waterproofing or related work. They earned every one of these five stars!

Mike M at does warranty work. I am pleased with his assessment of the situation. He put me at ease that everything would be taken care of. He never questioned that BP would make it right. It required a minor adjustment and painting. All high quality work! I am very grateful to Mike and Basements Plus.

The entire team was great to work with and did a tremendous job. Rachel in particular went to great lengths to ensure my job was completed successfully, and ahead of schedule. Communication and execution were exceptional, and the price was lower than I expected based on the size of the project. Thank you!
