They were great, very informative about the processes, our project manager Steve was very helpful and answered any questions that we had. I don’t think there were many surprises. We knew what we were getting into up front. Initially we were planning on doing the basement ourselves which would have taken a year to two years but they crunched it down into an 8-10 week time frame and made it smooth. The behind the scenes pieces were great as they helped us out. They knew things that we may not have thought about.
